(2) Welchen Honorarzonen die Grundleistungen zugeordnet werden, richtet sich nach folgenden Bewertungsmerkmalen: geologische und baugrundtechnische Gegebenheiten, normal normal technische Ausrüstung und Ausstattung, normal normal Einbindung in die Umgebung oder in das Objektumfeld, normal normal Umfang der Funktionsbereiche oder der konstruktiven oder technischen Anforderungen, normal normal fachspezifische Bedingungen. normal normal normal arabic (3) Sind für Ingenieurbauwerke Bewertungsmerkmale aus mehreren Honorarzonen anwendbar und bestehen deswegen Zweifel, welcher Honorarzone das Objekt zugeordnet werden kann, so ist zunächst die Anzahl der Bewertungspunkte zu ermitteln. Zur Ermittlung der Bewertungspunkte werden die Bewertungsmerkmale wie folgt gewichtet: die Bewertungsmerkmale gemäß Absatz 2 Nummer 1, 2 und 3 mit bis zu 5 Punkten, normal normal das Bewertungsmerkmal gemäß Absatz 2 Nummer 4 mit bis zu 10 Punkten, normal normal das Bewertungsmerkmal gemäß Absatz 2 Nummer 5 mit bis zu 15 Punkten. normal normal normal arabic (4) Das Ingenieurbauwerk ist anhand der nach Absatz 3 ermittelten Bewertungspunkte einer der Honorarzonen zuzuordnen: Honorarzone I: bis zu 10 Punkte, normal normal Honorarzone II: 11 bis 17 Punkte, normal normal Honorarzone III: 18 bis 25 Punkte, normal normal Honorarzone IV: 26 bis 33 Punkte, normal normal Honorarzone V: 34 bis 40 Punkte. normal normal normal arabic (5) Für die Zuordnung zu den Honorarzonen ist die Objektliste der Anlage 12 Nummer 12.2 zu berücksichtigen. (6) Für Umbauten und Modernisierungen von Ingenieurbauwerken kann bei einem durchschnittlichen Schwierigkeitsgrad ein Zuschlag gemäß § 6 Absatz 2 Satz 3 bis 33 Prozent in Textform vereinbart werden.
